We offer you an array of specially developed solutions for your System needs.

ISO Implementation
We assist you with the entire Implementation of the System all the way to Certification or Compliance.
Once implemented, we can tailor a Maintenance Solution to keep you compliant and to help you iron out inefficiencies for improvement.
ISO Maintenance
ISO Cert Maintenance
If you do not have dedicated employees caring for the system, we can tailor a Cert-Maintenance Solution to keep you Certified for the entire 3-year Certificate validity Cycle. We will also keep your up to date to ensure that you are ready for the next Re-Certifiation Cycle.

The Internal Audit Solution is ideal for business that prefers to manage the System(s) internally and only require a fresh pair of eyes over the System periodically to ensure findings and verification remains impartial.

ISO Training Solution
The Training Solution is an ad-hoc service for businesses that require: Refresher training on the standard Training for new employees Training oriented more directly to the business itself and its operations This Solution is included in the Implementation, Maintenance and Cert-Maintenance Solution.

Project Milestone Structure

All our Solutions that are not delivered as ad-hoc standalone Services are delivered using a Structured Project Plan with internally defined milestones for each Project Cycle:

1.Gap | (where applicable)

Gap analysis of the system to determine the requirements and gaps between the system and the standard(s).

2.Definition |

We try our utmost best not to mess with your system. We learn and make necessary System improvements only to ensure you are compliant to the standards(s). Sometimes this may include making improvements to efficiency as communicated with us to go that unique step further.

3.Consult |

We conclude training with employees as required and we continuously check in with them during this stage to ensure that they are are understanding of the requirements and potential changes.

4.Internal Audit |

We conclude our internal project objective responsibility by completing your internal audit as confirmation of compliance to the relevant standard(s).

5.Certification / Surveillance Audit(s) |

The project’s final objective is your Certification or ongoing certification confirmation with the external Certification Body.

Depending on your needs, we will schedule the audits and dates on your behalf and ensure that employees are comfortable with the process. Auditors can sometimes be a bit intimidating for employees and to ensure the process remains value added for you, employees need to be able to participate comfortably.

Project Retainer 1

Our Retainer & Costing Structures

We believe that our Solution(s) should be able to integrate into your budgeting requirements more efficiently. For this reason, we believe a Retainer Structure is most effective for this.

How does it work?

Based on our experience of working with businesses with a similar type(s) of service, of similar size or complexity as your businesses, we estimate the number of days we require for the project and scope.

It is important that you share sufficient information with us to provide you the most accurate Estimate!

If necessary, an on-site visit may be required to confirm the situation, but only if really necessary.

Contract Template 3 scaled

Once finalised, we will provide you with a Service Solutions (estimate) contract.

The Service Solution estimate contract contains:

  • The Executive Summary (Scope of Work)
  • Business Details received, confirmed
  • Project Plan as established based on the received information
  • Project Services Description
  • Rates and Charges
  • Project Options for you to choose from (includes a detailed costing breakdown)
  • Project Communication Structure between your business employees directly involved on the project and your assigned consultants from HERO Solutions
  • Contract Terms; our responsibilities, your responsibilities and payment terms
  • Contract Acceptance
  • Business Details required for servicing invoices

For the Retainer, the following is important:

All standard ah-hoc services are invoiced at our standard daily rate fees.

For Implementation-, Maintenance-, and Cert-Maintenance Solutions, you will receive additional discounts, based on the contract period in months. The longer the contract, the longer we benefit from your support and the lower your fees will be. A full breakdown with the applicable savings is defined in the Service Solution estimate contract.

 

Total days are allocated to a rolling project cycle, usually:

  • 3-15 months for the Implementation Solution
  • 12-months for the Maintenance Solution
  • 36-months, split into 3 x periods for the Cert-Maintenance Solution

 

The retainer is calculated as the TOTAL DAYS divided by the applicable PERIOD (as above).

Example: Maintenance Solution

24-days allocated to the project cycle of 12-months

24-days / 12-months = 2-days Retainer per month, (excl. travel and admin fee#)

 

# Where travelling is required to your site, we will charge this at contract defined rates.

# You will also be invoiced a Once-Off Administration Fee per project cycle, proportionate to the services in the solution requirements, per project cycle, for:

  • Internal project training with other personnel not assigned to your project for continuity purposes. We have standard allocated training days, on Fridays each week, for this purpose
  • Office administration and consumables on the project
  • Audit arrangements, scheduling administration, internal audits and Cert Body
