The Internal Audit Solution is ideal for business that prefers to manage the System(s) internally and only require a fresh pair of eyes over the System periodically to ensure findings and verification remains impartial.
All our Solutions that are not delivered as ad-hoc standalone Services are delivered using a Structured Project Plan with internally defined milestones for each Project Cycle:
1.Gap | (where applicable)
Gap analysis of the system to determine the requirements and gaps between the system and the standard(s).
2.Definition |
We try our utmost best not to mess with your system. We learn and make necessary System improvements only to ensure you are compliant to the standards(s). Sometimes this may include making improvements to efficiency as communicated with us to go that unique step further.
3.Consult |
We conclude training with employees as required and we continuously check in with them during this stage to ensure that they are are understanding of the requirements and potential changes.
4.Internal Audit |
We conclude our internal project objective responsibility by completing your internal audit as confirmation of compliance to the relevant standard(s).
5.Certification / Surveillance Audit(s) |
The project’s final objective is your Certification or ongoing certification confirmation with the external Certification Body.
Depending on your needs, we will schedule the audits and dates on your behalf and ensure that employees are comfortable with the process. Auditors can sometimes be a bit intimidating for employees and to ensure the process remains value added for you, employees need to be able to participate comfortably.
We believe that our Solution(s) should be able to integrate into your budgeting requirements more efficiently. For this reason, we believe a Retainer Structure is most effective for this.
How does it work?
Based on our experience of working with businesses with a similar type(s) of service, of similar size or complexity as your businesses, we estimate the number of days we require for the project and scope.
It is important that you share sufficient information with us to provide you the most accurate Estimate!
If necessary, an on-site visit may be required to confirm the situation, but only if really necessary.
Once finalised, we will provide you with a Service Solutions (estimate) contract.

All standard ah-hoc services are invoiced at our standard daily rate fees.
For Implementation-, Maintenance-, and Cert-Maintenance Solutions, you will receive additional discounts, based on the contract period in months. The longer the contract, the longer we benefit from your support and the lower your fees will be. A full breakdown with the applicable savings is defined in the Service Solution estimate contract.
